MediaFusion Entertainment, LLC is active in the financing, acquisition, production and distribution of features, shorts, documentaries and animations.

Founded in 1999 in Washington, DC, MediaFusion Entertainment, LLC (aka - MediaFusion Distribution Company, moved its headquarters to New Orleans, Louisiana in 2010, providing a full array of services for film and television. From finance to recoupment; for producers to distributors to governments agencies around the world. MediaFusion also owns a library of over 1000 features, shorts, documentaries and animations available for distribution in traditional and non-traditional media. 


MediaFusion Entertainment, LLC is involved from the beginning stages of script development to recoupment. Our team assists filmmakers in:

  • Financing: Assists in securing financing, private equity, distribution agreements and gap lending during the Development to Marketing phases, including: assistance in preparing business proposals, financing plans, investor packages, securing financing, sales agents, international sales projections.

  • Development/ Business Affairs: Assists from script development, budget preparation, attaching leads for key roles, preparing business proposals, financing plans, investor packages, ongoing consultations, securing financing, sales agents, international sales projections.

  • Pre-Production/Production: Coordination of underlying agreements and financing documents between production, distributors and investors, including supervision of production and distribution contracts, budget preparation.

    • MediaFusion also provides auditing and production site visit services for investors, distributors and producers.

  • Post-Production/ Marketing: Coordination of underlying agreements and financing documents between production, distributors and investors; as well as assists in Festival strategies.

  • Recoupment: Coordinates between producers, investors and distributors to maximizes sales and recoupment.
